The One-Month Food Kit contains enough food to last one adult for roughly one month. It is also a great way to resupply The Essentials Kit or the EmergencyPlus kit. The One-Month Food Kit contains 30 pouches of breakfasts, lunches and dinners. All of our meals are either ready-to-eat or require only water to prepare, and have a shelf life of 7-10 years. Food Insurance may substitute entrees with similar quality food.
