How to Prepare
To make 1 serving of Tsogo, add 8 to 16 oz of water (depending on how thick you want it) to a bottle and 2 scoops of smoothie powder. Stir until dissolved, then drink. If you have a Tsogo Blender Bottle place 2 scoops and the appropriate amount of water then shake for 15 seconds. You can also add freeze-dried fruits and/or veggies into a blender along with the powder and water and blend for 30-90 seconds. If you want a half serving and fewer calories use 1 scoop of smoothie (205 calories for vanilla) and half the amount of water. A full serving of 2 scoops is 410 calories. Each pouch contains 5 servings totaling 2,050 calories of food.
